The story begins in Las Vegas, Nevada, a city that was on the brink of collapse in the early 1950s. The city's economy was in shambles, and its reputation was tarnished by rampant crime and corruption. But a group of mobsters, led by Tony Spilotro, saw an opportunity in Las Vegas. They invested their money in casinos and hotels, and they helped to turn the city into a thriving tourist destination.

Spilotro and his crew were not without their enemies, however. In 1960, they were indicted on federal charges, and they were eventually sentenced to five years in prison. But even behind bars, the mobsters continued to wield their power. They ran their criminal empire from prison, and they continued to invest in Las Vegas.

After their release from prison, Spilotro and his crew continued to play a major role in Las Vegas. They were involved in a number of high-profile crimes, including the murder of Frank Sinatra's friend and bodyguard, Jimmy Hoffa. But in 1986, Spilotro and his brother Michael were brutally murdered by a rival mob boss.

The story of Tony Spilotro and his crew is a fascinating tale of crime, corruption, and redemption. It is a story that has been told in books, movies, and television shows. But the definitive account of this unforgettable true crime story is now available in book form.
